NBT / GigAve Server Statistics
The following are a compilation of all logs recorded from the NBT Servers. Data is organized by play style (WNR, Mission, NR, League, etc), as well as giving an overall view of the data. Information is given about maps, weapons, ‘Mechs and players.
The following are the stats to the final weeks of HCB testing: HCB27-HCB30
NBT / GigAve League Dedicated Servers
NBT-HardCore, in conjunction with GigAve
and Phoenix
Creation, currently runs 14 dedicated servers for league use.
13 of these are game servers running MW4: Mercenaries. The 14th
server runs various Voice Comms programs (TeamSpeak 2) as well as IRC.
Below you can find the server names, settings and addresses. Inactive
servers are faded. The continued running of these servers is dependent on the donations of the players of the league. Please refer to the Donations Page for further details.
These servers are setup for public play
during the day, and when not in use for league matches. The settings
vary from server to server, and are setup to allow for the most popular
game modes to be played, both by league and non-league members.
All NBT Server run MW4 Monitor as a server application. This allows
for a large amount of customization and player control over the servers
while in play. For details check out the Monitor
Command Tutorial.
If you are interested in setting up a NBT
style server, be it under HC or MPx, we have made our NBT-Server
setups available for download. These files include all server cycles,
NFMs and server.ini files needed to run a dedicated server, be it HC or
MP2.x. This file is regularly updated as changes are made to the NBT Server
bank.
Server defaults include the settings listed below. Exceptions are listed in the Extras options.
- PureTech games only (Clan weapons on Clan ‘Mechs; IS weapons on IS ‘Mechs).
- Team Battle games.
- FFP (Forced-First-Person)
Importante Note: With the Microsoft ZoneMatch software now being obsolete, MekTek has made a replacement solution available to all versions of MW4, namely their MekMatch server matching software. All NBT servers are now running this software as of June 25th, 2006. In order to work on the same system, you will need to update your registry to use MekMatch rather than ZoneMatch. This update is available in the "Available Packages" section of the HC Auto-Updater, or you can download it directly from the MekMatch webpages.
IP Addresses are all ***.netbattletech.com (ex. NBT-Thor is thor.netbattletech.com).
