League Map Installations
NBT has compiled for easy download 2 CD's worth of data for use by those participating in NBT. Included in these 2 CD's are all the patches, packs, maps and terrains detailed below, as well as around another 20 maps by various map teams that are scheduled for inclusion within NBT-Solaris and NBT-HardCore. By downloading and installing these 2 CD's, a fresh install of MW4: Mercenaries can be brought up to league legal status within minutes, rather than dealing with dozens of downloads and install procedures. The total size of the combined CD's is around 1 GB of data.
If you are unable to download the NBT-CD packages, or just need access to the individual downloads, then the following installation instructions will apply. Please note that some maps are only available on the NBT-CD packages.
Vengeance / Black Knight Map Pack 1.2 Quick Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Install the necessary mission files from MekTek. Download MercsMapPack_v1.2_en.exe (8.97 MB) and execute it following the instructions. This program will install the necessary files to run the map pack into your Mercenaries installation.
MercStorm League Series Maps
Next we have the 7 MercStorm maps that will be used by the NBT-HardCore league. These all use terrains already installed on your computer by MW4: Mercs. The maps include Coldfire, Crossover, Halthon, Orbital Decay, Ridgerunner, River Canyon and Warzone.
- Download & Run the following file: MercStorm NBT League Maps / FilePlanet
- Point the Installer to your MW4: Mercenaries installation (should auto-find this)
- Continue through the installation
AlphA Strike Studios League Pack Maps
Moving on, we come to the 5 AlphA Strike Studios maps that are in use by the NBT-HardCore league. You must download the missions and the custom terrains for these to work. These include the Old Stomping Grounds missions as well. The maps include Arrowhead, Battlefront, MaxThrottle, Tetsuhara and WarFortune.

- Point the Installer to your MW4: Mercenaries installation (should auto-find this)
- Continue through the installation
NewBattlefields Pack Maps
Finally we have the 9 NewBattleFields maps that are in use by the NBT-HardCore league. You must download the missions and the custom terrains for these to work. They include Asteroid, Badlands, Cerberus, Divided, Krakatau, Mannedorf, Plains, Riverside and SolarDesert2. This is a large download. 56k connects should plan on using a download manager or request it on CD from a download site like FilePlanet. You may actually download a smaller set of files from the NewBattleFields site. The packs needed are: New Battlefields Multiplayer Missions Pack, New Battlefields Terrain Pack 1, New Battlefields Terrain Pack 2, New Battlefields Terrain Pack 3. Total file size for these seperate downloads is 116MB.
