To begin with, thank you for your interest in participating in NBT. We have compiled these CD Packs to help bring a base MW4:Mercenaries installation up-to-date for use by NBT, including all patches and maps currently used by NBT-Mercs / HardCore / Solaris.
Installation Instructions
Before installing the NBT-CD packages, please verify that the following are installed and working properly on your system.
Then choose which install packages you downloaded and follow the instructions below:

The installer will now take over and proceed to unzip the contents of the pack to the chosen directory. Once this is completed, please refer to the following points (in order):
After the above steps are completed, you are ready to play within NBT with all the latest maps and patches. We thank you for your interest in our league, and look forward seeing you both in-game and on the forums. Good luck and have fun!
Final Notes: As NBT-HardCore progresses, we may add HC Releases, additional maps and the like to this page. These will be added in two ways: An optional NBT-CD3 will be created for an easy update download, as well as all files will be added to NBT-CD1 until it reaches maximum usable size. If tech support is needed you may register on the NBT-M league forums, and post in the League Technology section.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
READ THROUGH THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE PARTICULAR SOFTWARE. INSTALLING THIS PACKAGED SOFTWARE ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR COMPLIANCE TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, THAT THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT ARE UNDERSTOOD AND THAT THE GUIDELINES LAID OUT WILL BE FOLLOWED. IF ONE FAILS TO AGREE TO THE TERMS, REMOVE THE SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY.
1. Grant of License for Registered Users
NetBattletech ("Licensor") grants the user ("you") a license to install the program ("software") for use within the NBT league and modification to Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries. You may install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with a copy of the software. If not prevented by copy protection technology, you are also entitled to create any number of secondary copies for portable computer use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by NetBattletech.
2. Ownership
Though you may obtain a copy of the NBT-CD software, you have no ownership rights. Ownership of the software, documentation and all intellectual properties are now and forever under the ownership of the Licensor.
3. Copyright
You may not remove any proprietary notice of Licensor from any copy of the software and/or documentation.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NETBATTLETECH OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF IMPORTANT FILES, APPLICATIONS, PROGRAMS OR ANY OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT EVEN IF NETBATTLETECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, NETBATTLETECH'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED TO US $0.00 DUE TO THE ABSOLUTE FREE COST OF THE SOFTWARE.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The software contains maps and software created by parties other than NBT. The distribution of the software by NBT is in no way an infringement on those rights, nor is it a claim to the ownership or Intellectual Property Rights maintained by those parties. The purpose of the software is distribution only, and all credit, legal or otherwise, is granted to the creators of the separate software components.
